## Who this is for Small businesses unsure how to improve one awkward process, such as reporting, enquiry handling or copying information between tools. ## What is included - A 60-minute remote workshop for up to two people. - A map of one workflow across up to three tools. - A written recommendation: configure existing software, build a small improvement or leave the process as it is. - A proposed scope, success checks and indicative next steps, plus a recorded walkthrough. ## How it works Send us an example of the process and tell us where it causes problems. We meet, review the options and deliver your blueprint within a target of three working days after receiving the information. ## What you take away Your editable blueprint is yours to keep. You can implement it yourself, use Labs or appoint another supplier. ## Price £195 one-off, payable at booking. If you commission the recommended Labs build within 60 days, we credit the £195 against that build. One credit per blueprint; no cash alternative. ## When you need a different scope Implementation, a company-wide audit and detailed technical design are quoted separately. ## Ownership, costs and next step Start with a short fit call. We confirm the scope, total price, access needed and delivery dates in writing before work begins. Prices are in GBP, excluding VAT where applicable. Software subscriptions, hosting and AI usage are separate and disclosed before you commit. A Hub subscription is only needed if it is the platform you choose. Ongoing support is optional. You keep the agreed deliverables and editable documentation. Bespoke code transfers after payment, subject to third-party licences; existing platforms remain licensed. We explain any limitations on export or moving providers. Results depend on the process and how the tools are used; no particular savings are guaranteed.
