## Bring your workspace to your audience Hub Sites lets you build branded websites and pages using the content and records already in your workspace. Create a home for your business, showcase your services, or publish pages for specific audiences and campaigns. Turn product records, articles and FAQs into useful content, with images, pricing and layouts you can shape around your brand. Keep your website connected to the information your team maintains every day. ## A logo library for every context Settings → Branding → Logo holds a library of named logo variants. Upload PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG files, give each a role name such as Primary, Light, Dark, Monogram or Favicon, and set a workspace default. Uploaded files use permanent URLs, so removing or replacing a library entry does not break any published site that has already used it. **Crop editor.** Each logo has a crop editor. Drag a selection rectangle, type edge percentages directly, or use automatic trim to remove surrounding whitespace. A preview updates as you adjust. The original file is retained so you can re-crop later. SVG logos remain as vectors throughout — they are never rasterised during cropping. **Appearance controls.** When placing a logo in a header or footer, choose between an unboxed display, a rounded box or a circular frame; square or natural proportions for wide wordmarks; and a height between 24 and 64 px. These settings are stored per header and footer, so different sites or shared designs can each use their own presentation. ## Theme-aware logos and named colour palettes Headers and footers support separate logo selections for light and dark themes. The correct logo is chosen automatically based on the visitor's resolved theme, including system preference mode. If no theme-specific logo is set, the design falls back to the default. Settings → Branding → Colours stores multiple named colour roles — Primary, Secondary, Accent, Background, Text and others — with one designated as the workspace accent used for buttons and highlights. *Practical use case:* A professional services firm uploads four logo variants — full-colour primary, white for dark backgrounds, monogram and favicon. When building a dark-themed site, the editor selects the white variant for the header and footer. Visitors on dark-mode devices see the white logo automatically; those on light mode see the primary. ## Add a chat widget without writing code Every Hub Site has a dedicated Chat tab in its settings panel. Pick one of your published chat widgets, choose an auto, light or dark theme, save and publish — the widget appears on every page of that Site, including custom domains. No embed snippets, no manual maintenance. ## AI welcome banners Add an **AI welcome** section to any public Site page from the section palette. Select a published chat widget, set a heading, introduction and input placeholder, and choose how suggested questions appear. When a visitor submits their first question, they are taken to a dedicated **/chat page on the same custom domain**. The opening question is carried into the conversation without being stored in the URL, so it does not appear in browser history or analytics. The conversation page keeps the Site header and branding, with a full transcript view, bottom composer, sources panel, history, new-chat and stop/retry controls. **Suggested questions** can be set to *Automatic from content*, *Widget suggestions*, *Write my own* or *No suggestions*. Automatic suggestions draw up to four questions from the titles of published records permitted by the widget's knowledge sources. They are generated on page load without a full AI call and are subject to the widget's existing rate limit and domain restrictions. **Banner appearance** is configured under Design & spacing. Choose a banner height (Full screen, Balanced or Compact), content width (Narrow, Comfortable or Wide) and text alignment (Centred or Left). Under **Banner background**, follow the site theme, set a solid colour, or upload or paste an image URL. Image backgrounds support top, centre or bottom positioning, a fallback colour and a dark overlay to preserve white text legibility. Widget publication, workspace module access, allowed domains, usage limits and server-side public object search all continue to apply. Published records must be explicitly marked public. A Site may have one AI welcome section per page; Sites with an AI welcome section suppress the separate floating chat widget on those pages, while other pages retain their configured floating widget. *Practical use case:* A consultancy publishes a homepage AI welcome banner. Visitors see up to four suggested questions drawn from published service descriptions. Selecting one takes them to a branded `/chat` page on the firm's own domain, where the AI answers using only the firm's approved published content — conversation history is available throughout the session. ## Flexible card layouts for every purpose Card sections support a responsive grid, a swipeable row visitors can drag through, and a continuously scrolling marquee — useful for logo walls and partner or service listings. Set speed, direction, card width, gap and faded edges for scrolling rows, and include a pause button for accessibility. The layout respects visitors who prefer no motion. Cards can show a built-in icon, an uploaded image, or a logo or icon pulled directly from a field on the underlying record, keeping your site and your data in sync. ## Help readers navigate longer content Enable an automatic table of contents on any page or record template. Choose from three styles — Outline, Numbered, or Reading guide — and place the contents in a left or right sidebar, or inline above the article. Heading depth is configurable, the current section is highlighted as the reader scrolls, and the list collapses neatly on mobile. ## A consistent experience, from public pages to private portals Give customers secure access to the records that concern them through a branded customer portal. Create reusable headers, banners, popups and footers to keep navigation, announcements and branding consistent across your sites. Markdown tables render with clear borders, aligned columns and horizontal scroll for wide tables. Start with a single page, then expand as your business needs grow. ## Workspace pricing **Sites: £12 per workspace per month, or £120 per workspace billed annually.** Annual billing provides 12 months for the price of 10 monthly payments. This optional module requires a paid Starter or Pro base plan. Its price is added to the base-plan price and applies to the workspace, with membership subject to the base plan's limits. Prices are in GBP and exclude applicable tax. AI usage beyond the plan allowance may incur additional charges. Check billing for the final amount due, including any discount, tax or proration.
