Hub tailored setup
## Get one workflow working in Hub Turn an agreed business process into a practical Hub workflow your team can use. We configure your existing workspace, bring in prepared data and show your nominated owner how to run it. **£600 one-off, before any applicable tax.** Your Hub subscription and selected modules are charged separately. ### What’s included - A 45-minute discovery session to agree one workflow in one existing workspace and record the scope. - Configuration of up to 10 fields and two views using existing Hub features, with guidance for up to five users. - One import of up to 500 records from a customer-prepared CSV, with an agreed field mapping and a sample check before the full import. - A 45-minute walkthrough and handover session, plus a short written guide for your nominated owner. - One consolidated revision round of up to 45 minutes within the agreed scope. ### Getting started We confirm that your chosen Hub plan and modules support the workflow, then agree the delivery dates once the scope, access and prepared data are ready. You provide a nominated owner, authorised workspace access and the CSV data for import. ### Handover and support At handover, your nominated owner will work through the agreed workflow using approved sample data. We check the fields, views and imported data against the agreed scope, provide the guide and record any remaining issues and your acceptance. You have seven calendar days after acceptance to report configuration defects against the agreed scope. Ongoing support, administration and additional training are available by separate agreement. ### Work outside this package Custom software, new or complex integrations, data cleansing, multiple workflows or import sources, extra revisions or training, specialist sensitive-data requirements and third-party charges are outside this package. We agree a separate scope and quote before starting additional work. ### Hub alongside Labs Hub is optional. If this ongoing workflow is useful, we can quote a separate bounded setup and the relevant Hub subscription. Configuration already included in your Labs work will not be charged again. The proposal will identify the additional setup deliverables, one-off fee, recurring subscription and selected module charges separately. You can continue with the Labs deliverables without taking Hub. You can also choose self-service setup. This tailored service is separate from the free starter-site offer.
