Define targets, build a reusable library of KPIs, and connect those measures to objectives and key results with clear ownership. Calculate progress from the records your team already maintains, keeping performance measures connected to the work behind them. ## Know where you stand and when to act Track results against the pace needed to reach your targets. Use pacing views and leaderboards to understand contributions, spot gaps and focus attention where it will make a difference. Daily snapshots preserve a history of progress, while alerts highlight changes in performance. Give your team a consistent basis for reviews, course corrections and decisions about what comes next. ## Workspace pricing **Goals & KPIs: £8 per workspace per month, or £80 per workspace billed annually.** Annual billing provides 12 months for the price of 10 monthly payments. This optional module requires a paid Starter or Pro base plan. Its price is added to the base-plan price and applies to the workspace, with membership subject to the base plan's limits. Prices are in GBP and exclude applicable tax. AI usage beyond the plan allowance may incur additional charges. Check billing for the final amount due, including any discount, tax or proration.
