Agents
## Build an agent team around your business Hub Agents brings customer service, operational work and business review into your workspace. Give each agent a clear role, access to relevant information and boundaries for what it can do. Use Service Agents to answer sales, support and product questions through website chat widgets. Create Operations Agents for repeatable tasks, using workspace data to carry out work within the permissions you define. ## Run repeatable operational work with task recipes Operations Agents support three ready-made task types: **Content writer** for researching and drafting workspace record copy, **Record triage** for classifying and routing records against a defined brief, and **Record researcher** for gathering and organising information into existing records. For each task, you define the job (purpose and target fields), the sources the agent may consult, and the permissions it holds to create or update records. A preview mode runs the full research and review path without writing any business records, so you can check the approach before running it live. Each proposal is held for human approval before changes are applied. ## Approval version-checking When you approve a Business agent finding, the system compares the exact action you reviewed with the version stored at the moment of execution. If the proposal changed between the time you read it and the time you clicked approve — for example because a concurrent agent refresh updated it — the approval is rejected and no change is applied. The audit record stores the applied action, its hash and the source run. *Practical use case:* A workspace administrator reads a Business agent recommendation to update a service record, confirms it looks correct and clicks approve. If a background refresh had quietly revised the proposed action in the intervening seconds, the approval is blocked automatically and the administrator is prompted to review the current version before proceeding. ## AI consultation evidence coverage Every AI consultation records which collections were inspected, how many records were scanned and included, and why the scan stopped — for example: complete, record limit reached, context size limit reached, or collection not public. This information is displayed alongside the consultation result. A partial indicator appears when some eligible evidence was excluded. Older consultations show that coverage was not recorded, rather than implying completeness. Coverage describes the evidence snapshot, not the accuracy of the answer. *Practical use case:* An administrator asks a Business agent to assess customer satisfaction. The result shows that 17 of 20 eligible service records were included and that a second collection scan stopped at the character limit. Armed with that context, the administrator treats the advice as a partial view and requests a targeted follow-up rather than acting on it as a complete picture. ## Stay across your whole agent team The Agents section opens on a cross-family overview showing every agent — Service, Operations, Business specialist and Executive Lead — with its current status, latest outcome and any pending reviews or attention items. Filter by family, scope or state to focus on what needs action. ## Keep people informed and in control When a conversation needs a person, hand it over through the inbox with the question and context intact. Your team can pick up where the agent left off, helping customers avoid repeating themselves. Talk directly to any agent from its settings page. Each management conversation draws on the agent's saved configuration and recent runs, giving you a private space to discuss results and think through configuration changes. Conversation history is kept private to your workspace and user. Business Agents review performance and advise leadership as a coordinated team of specialists, led by an Executive Lead. Their work draws on the same records and activity history as the rest of Hub, connecting customer conversations, daily operations and business decisions. ## Workspace pricing **Agents: £19 per workspace per month, or £190 per workspace billed annually.** Annual billing provides 12 months for the price of 10 monthly payments. This optional module requires a paid Starter or Pro base plan. Its price is added to the base-plan price and applies to the workspace, with membership subject to the base plan's limits. Prices are in GBP and exclude applicable tax. AI usage beyond the plan allowance may incur additional charges. Check billing for the final amount due, including any discount, tax or proration.
