ChatGPT Connection for Hub Records

## Connect ChatGPT to your workspace records Hub exposes your custom records to ChatGPT through a secure personal connection. Connect your account from Settings → Integrations, choose read-only or read-and-write access, and select the workspace. ChatGPT can then discover your object types, find specific records by field or stage, and create or update records on your behalf — all within the permissions your Hub role already defines. ## Stays inside your existing controls The connection is personal and workspace-scoped: each team member connects their own ChatGPT account and sees only what their Hub role permits. Every write ChatGPT makes appears in record activity alongside changes made directly in Hub, so nothing happens silently. Existing workspace automations that react to record changes continue to trigger as normal. Tokens are short-lived and rotate automatically. You can revoke the connection at any time from the Integrations page or your Connections page. ## A practical example A business development manager wants to review open deals in a particular stage before a team meeting. They ask ChatGPT to list the relevant records, get a summary of each, and draft a preparation note — then ask it to create a new activity record on one of the deals with that note. Everything happens within the same ChatGPT conversation, using live Hub data, and the new activity appears in Hub immediately for colleagues to see. ## What is supported ChatGPT can list object types, list and filter records, read individual records, create new records and update existing ones. Relation and shared value-list fields are read-only in this version.
